Description: Just 200 yards above the Blue Chairs Resort on Los Muertos Beach in the Amapas Zone of Puerto Vallarta is Villas Loma Linda. A five minute walk to the beach down sidewalks and steps (167 to be somewhat exact!)
Visitiors experience a panoramic ocean view from the spacious private terrace in the 26 units secure complex with front desk service. Watch the astonishing sunsets over Banderas Bay from the 450 sq. ft. terrace (half covered for those sunny days) as you share conversation with friends, using the gas barbecue and outdoor jacuzzi. The stylish Spanish colonial interior uniquely brings the gift of Mexico to each occupant. The expansive terrace doors bring the views of the bay deep into the interior of the open floor plan.
The 1860 sq. ft interior includes two bedrooms - one king bed in the master, two twins in the guest room. The ensuite master bath has dual sinks with a separate toilet and two person bath/shower area. The second bath has a generous sized shower and is accessed directly from the guest bedroom and also from the hallway.
The living area sleeps an additional two persons comfortably on the built in conversation lounge area. The well-equipped kitchen with built in bar area makes entertaining party guests enjoyable. The intricate carving of the dining room table extends the Mexican flavor to the meals served in your home away from home.
Small or large groups can feel at home here at Villas Loma Linda in this spacious unit. Fans in every room, including the covered terrace, along with the many windows, make for a comfortable stay in this very quiet complex (no television here in any of the units – on purpose – this is a place to relax). But just in case you’re feeling disconnected, wireless internet is available and one common television/DVD player is right next door to this unit. Experience this units tranquility and have a great soothing vacation in harmony.
The pool is large with many comfortable loungers available, only 74 steps from the unit to the pool. An exercise room is now open with equipment being added. Repeat visitors are many to Villas Loma Linda. The price is right and the staff is friendly. Maid service is included, with beach towels also as part of the package. The unit is located high above the highway so there is some level of traffic noise.
